Founder
Josephine Nam
Josephine Nam is the founder of Drawing the Line. After witnessing an instance of child abuse, she started DTL to raise awareness and to aid child-abuse prevention through media and creative endeavors. When she's not working with her team to try to make a better impact on the world, she loves to sing, journal, and stretch.
Creative Team Consultant
Lanie Rowlands
Lanie Rowlands is the Creative Team Consultant for Drawing the Line. She is motivated by her goal to pursue a medical career, and is always looking for a way to help others. She is excited to use her role to raise awareness and improve human welfare by advocating for those in need. Outside of her work, she looks up to her grandma for always staying true to herself. In her free time, she loves to go swimming, make bracelets, and play cards with her friends.
Creative Director
Julie Kim
Julie Kim is the Creative Director of Drawing The Line. She wishes to be a pediatric nurse one day. To fulfill her dream, she believes that joining Drawing The Line will help her address the problems future children who need her help might face. When she is not spending her time creating colorful and detailed projects, she spends most of her time reading, researching, and watching movies.
Social Media Manager
Lydia Jo
Lydia Jo is the social media manager of Drawing the Line. She has joined DTL to show her compassion for a change in the world regarding child abuse and to help others feel a better sense of belonging and understanding of this serious issue. Behind the scenes, she enjoys playing volleyball, shopping and going out with friends, and training/teaching martial arts for herself and other students!
Video Director / Editor
Ryan Baik
Ryan Baik is the video director and editor of Drawing the Line. He joined DTL to build a platform where people can feel safe in reaching out for help, as well as create videos to advocate against child abuse. In his free time, Ryan wrestles, plays pickleball with friends, and plays the violin.
Outreach Manager
Kevin Son
Kevin Son is the outreach manager of Drawing the Line. He has joined DTL to raise awareness for child abuse and to build a safer community where every child is protected from harm. He is committed to turning awareness into action and to supporting a mission he believes deeply in. Kevin is a real Knicks fan and plays basketball even though he's not the best.
Financial Advisor / Video Producer
Andrew Piao
Andrew Piao is the financial advisor and video producer of Drawing the Line. He has joined DTL to show his compassion for change in the world regarding child abuse and to raise awareness; he hopes to inform the public on child abuse. Outside of DTL, Andrew Piao enjoys F1, UFC and playing basketball with his friends.
